The Franciscan Spirituality reflection for the month of May is: Mary, the Virgin Made Church. It reflects on the role of Mary in Franciscan Spirituality and the church at large. Mary the Virgin Made Church, a title given to her by St. Francis, is a model for all of us today. Like Mary, we are called to bring Christ to birth in our world through meditating on God's Word in Scripture and then putting that Word into practice through service to our brothers and sisters.
